The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates in four segments: property development, which include the development of residential and commercial properties and agricultural lots; property investment, which include rental collection from investment properties; hotel operations, and others, which include cultivation of oil palm, provision of landscaping, project management services, provision of adventure facilities and consultancy services, building contractor and operation of car park in commercial properties.
