The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates in four segments: property development, which include the development of residential and commercial properties and agricultural lots; property investment, which include rental collection from investment properties; hotel operations, and others, which include cultivation of oil palm, provision of landscaping, project management services, provision of adventure facilities and consultancy services, building contractor and operation of car park in commercial properties. Its direct subsidiaries are Meda Development Sdn. Bhd., ZKP Development Sdn. Bhd., Litaran Bayu Sdn. Bhd., Cemerlang Land Sdn. Bhd., Nandex Development Sdn. Bhd., Impressive Performance Sdn. Bhd., Meda Realty Sdn. Bhd., MIB Construction Sdn. Bhd., Nandex Land Sdn. Bhd., Sri Lingga Sdn. Bhd. and Golden Sceptre (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. In November 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of Pesona Alfa Sdn Bhd.
